
How To Make 3-Ingredient Steamed Cauliflower
Enjoy a healthier side by whipping up this steamed cauliflower! It’s made with tender cauliflowers that’s lightly seasoned and takes no time to make.

Ingredients
- 4cupscauliflower florets,trimmed, washed
- 1½cupswater,or as needed
- salt and pepper
- butter,for serving, optional
Instructions

Place a steam basket or colander into a large saucepan.

Add the cauliflower to the basket, then add enough water to cover the bottom of the saucepan.

Bring the water to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, or until tender-crisp.

Season with salt, pepper, and butter if desired. Serve, and enjoy!
Recipe Notes
- For a softer cauliflower, cook for 7 to 9 minutes.
- If a steamer is not available, add ½-inch of water into the bottom of a saucepan and add the cauliflower directly to the saucepan. Proceed with recipe as directed.
