How To Make Texas Taco Soup

Ingredients
- 3lbsground beef
- 2onions,chopped
- 15ozpinto beans,(2 cans)
- 16ozcorn kernels,(2 packages), frozen
- 10oztomatoes with green chile peppers,(3 cans), diced
- 6serrano peppers,crushed
- 1¼oztaco seasoning mix,(1 package)
- 1ozranch dressing mix,(1 package)
Instructions

In a large pot over medium heat, cook the beef until brown. Stir in onion and cook a few minutes more. Drain.

Stir in the pinto beans, corn, diced tomatoes with green chiles, serrano peppers, taco seasoning, and ranch dressing mix.

Fill the pot with water to come within two inches of the top.

Bring to a boil for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, then reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes more.
