How To Make Potato and Ham Soup

- 5cupspotatoes,peeled and diced
- 1cuponion,diced
- ¾cupcelery,diced
- ¾cupcarrot,diced
- 2tspsalt,or to taste
- ½tspground black pepper,or to taste
- 4cupswater
- 1½cupsham,diced
- 10¾ozcondensed cream of celery soup,(2 cans)
- 1cupheavy cream
Instructions

Bring the potatoes, onion, celery, carrot, salt, pepper, and water to a boil in a large pot.

Cook for about 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Add the ham, cream of celery soup, and heavy cream; then return to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes.
