How To Make Instant Pot Chevti Dal Mixed Lentils
This well-seasoned lentils recipe is one delectable Indian dish! It’s an easy-to-make meal and cooked in one instant pot.
Set the instant pot to ‘Saute’ mode.
Add avocado oil, garlic, ginger, and green chilis.
Wash all three dals (lentils) and add to the instant pot.
Add water, salt and turmeric then mix well. Then close the lid on the instant pot.
Press ‘Cancel’, then ‘Bean/Chili’ mode. Set the timer for 15 minutes.
Move valve to ‘Sealing position’.
Once done, serve with steamed rice, roti, or naan, and enjoy!
