  • 1 lb white beans
  • 8 cups water
  • 2 cups ham (diced)
  • 1 cup onion (diced)
  • 1 cup celery (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  1. Put all ingredients together in a crockpot.

  2. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or until beans are tender.

  3. Serve when ready.
