How To Make Cold Berry Soup
Orange, berries, and yogurt in a hearty cold soup

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- 1 ½ cups orange juice
- ½ cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, blue-berries, raspberries, or blackberries, sliced
- whole nutmeg , for garnish, grated
Instructions
- Put all of the ingredients except the berries in the container of an electric blender.
- Blend on high speed for 10 seconds.
- Divide liquid between 4 chilled soup cups.
- Add a quarter of the berries to each cup and garnish each with a dusting of grated nutmeg.
