How To Make Cold Berry Soup

Orange, berries, and yogurt in a hearty cold soup

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cups orange juice
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, blue-berries, raspberries, or blackberries, sliced
  • whole nutmeg , for garnish, grated

Instructions

  1. Put all of the ingredients except the berries in the container of an electric blender.
  2. Blend on high speed for 10 seconds.
  3. Divide liquid between 4 chilled soup cups.
  4. Add a quarter of the berries to each cup and garnish each with a dusting of grated nutmeg.
