How To Make Chili Chicken Chowder

Enjoy a warm and filling bowl of this rich chili chicken chowder, loaded with tender chicken pieces, beans, and veggies; all ready in just 25 minutes!

  • ½lbchicken breast,cooked
  • cupschicken stock
  • 1cantomatoes,diced
  • 1canblack beans
  • 1red potato
  • 1large carrot
  • 2garlic clove
  • 2tspchili powder
  • ½tspcumin seeds
  • salt and pepper,to taste
  • ¼cupfresh parsley,chopped, for garnish


  1. Combine the chicken, stock, tomatoes, beans, potato, carrot, garlic, chili powder, and cumin seeds in a 6-quart pot.

  2. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until the potato and carrot are tender. Taste and season with salt and pepper, if needed.

  3. Serve warm, and enjoy!
