How To Make Slow Cooker Korean Beef

Sink your teeth into this savory Korean beef for dinner tonight! It’s loaded with tasty seasonings, and all cooked in the slow cooker for a no-fuss meal.

Total: 2 hours 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • lbflank steak,thinly sliced
  • ¼cupcornstarch
  • 1tbspsesame oil
  • 1tbsprice vinegar
  • 2tspgarlic,minced
  • 1tspginger,minced
  • ½cupbeef broth
  • ½cupsoy sauce,low sodium
  • cupbrown sugar
  • tspsesame seeds
  • 2tbspgreen onions,sliced

Instructions

  1. Place the flank steak and cornstarch in a bowl, then stir to coat the meat evenly.

  2. Place the meat in a slow cooker.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, beef broth, soy sauce and brown sugar.

  4. Pour the sauce over the meat, then stir to combine.

  5. Cover the slow cooker and cook on Low for 4 to 5 hours or High for 2 to 3 hours.

  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.

  7. Serve warm, and enjoy!
