How To Make Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs
Stuff yourself up with a filling serving of barbecue ribs for lunch today! It’s slathered in a savory sauce, and all cooked easy in your handy slow cooker.

Ingredients
- 2cupsbarbecue sauce
- 2tbspbrown sugar
- 3tbspgarlicminced
- 2tspWorcestershire sauce
- 1tbspcayenne pepperoptional
- 4lbsbaby back pork ribs
- saltto taste
Instructions

Spray the inside of a 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.

Remove the inner skin or membrane from the ribs. Discard skin.

Place ribs in slow cooker.

Combine the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.

Mix well to combine, then completely cover with half of the sauce.

Refrigerate the remaining sauce to use later.

Cook on Low setting for 7 to 9 hours or High setting for 3 to 5 hours.

When the ribs are tender and falling apart, transfer onto an oven tray lined with parchment paper.

Pour half of the juices from the slow cooker bowl into the remaining sauce.

Baste the ribs with half of the sauce.

Broil the ribs in the preheated oven at 400 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 10 minutes or until beginning to char and crisp on the edges.

Serve ribs with remaining sauce, and enjoy!
