Ingredients

  • 6 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. nutmeg
  • salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, melt butter and combine with brown sugar, honey, vanilla, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  2. In your greased crockpot, add in sweet potatoes, pour brown sugar mixture in, and toss until evenly coated.
  3. Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours until tender.
