- 6 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 tbsp butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. nutmeg
- salt, to taste
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt butter and combine with brown sugar, honey, vanilla, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- In your greased crockpot, add in sweet potatoes, pour brown sugar mixture in, and toss until evenly coated.
- Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours until tender.
