Ingredients

  • 1tbspsmoked paprika
  • 2tspsalt
  • 1tspcrushed red pepper
  • ½tspgarlic powder
  • ½tspfreshly cracked black pepper
  • 4lbboneless pork butt
  • 1large white onion,thinly sliced
  • 1bottleGuinness extra-stout beer

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together paprika, salt, crushed red pepper, garlic powder, and black pepper until combined.

  2. Rub the mixture all over the surface of the pork until covered.

  3. Spread out the sliced onions over the bottom of the slow cooker. Then place the pork on top. And then pour the beer on top.

  4. Cover and cook on Low for 10 to 12 hours, or until the pork falls apart.

  5. Serve on sliders, tacos, salads, or however you would like!

  6. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to four days, or freeze.
