  • 6chicken breasts,boneless skinless
  • 2cupssalsa verde
  • beer,1 bottle
  • 2tspcumin
  • salt and black pepper
  • 1jalapeno,optional, stem removed and diced


  1. Add the chicken to the slow cooker, then top with the salsa verde, beer, cumin, and season with a few generous pinches of salt and a pinch of pepper.
