How To Make Coq Au Vin Broth Fondue

With red wine, mushroom, and vegetable broth, add earthy hints to your steaks by dipping them to this tangy and savory Coq Au Vin broth fondue.

  • cupsvegetable stock
  • ½cupdry red wine
  • ½cupfresh mushrooms,sliced
  • 2green onions,sliced
  • 2clovesgarlic,minced


  1. Heat vegetable stock in a saucepan over medium heat or a fondue pot until simmering; add red wine, mushrooms, green onions, and garlic. Simmer until broth is aromatic, about 15 minutes.

  2. Serve with steak, chicken, or veggies.
