How To Make Simple Grilled Salmon
Cook a savory yet simple grilled salmon with just a soy sauce and garlic cloves marinade. The grapeseed coating gives off a crisp, juicy salmon once grilled to perfection!
Ingredients
- 3 lbs salmon fillets, skin-on
- grapeseed cranola, or olive oil for brushing
For the Marinade:
- ¾ cup soy sauce
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
- Combine the garlic and the soy sauce in a bowl.

Cut the salmon into thin 2 to 2 ½ inch fillets.

Let the fillet marinade in the garlic and soy sauce bowl for 15 to 20 minutes.

Set the grill on the high setting.

Brush the fillet with the grapeseed oil.

Place the fillets on the grill, skin side up.

Cook for 2 to 3 minutes and then flip the fillets over.

Cook for another 3 to 5 minutes until the salmons are lightly opaque.
