- 2lbshrimp
- 1lbsea scallop
- 1tspwhite wine vinegar
- ½cupsugar
- 6tbspbutter
- 2chickenbouillon cubes
- 1tbspgarlicminced
- 1cupwater
- 2tbspmilk
- ½cupsugar snap peas
For Seafood Marinade:
- 1tsplemon juice
- 1tsponion powder
- 1tspchili powder
- 1tsppepper
- 1tspfresh parsley
- 1½tbspcajun seasoning, or old bay
Instructions
Seafood Marinade:

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Marinate shrimp and scallops in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours.
Shrimp and Scallops with Snow Peas:

Mix together white wine vinegar, sugar, butter, bouillon cubes, garlic, and water in a wide skillet and cook at medium-high heat.

Add shrimp and cook in sauce for 3 minutes per side.

Add snow peas and milk, then let it simmer. Remove from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Cook again on low heat until sauce thickens and has reduced.

Serve plain or alongside steamed rice.
