Seafood Saute with Kiwi Recipe

This succulent seafood recipe can be ready in as little as 20 minutes. How To Make Seafood Saute with Kiwi

For a quick fix meal that's done in 20 minutes, this seafood saute is a treasure for your taste buds.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter , or olive oil
  • ½ tbsp garlic, minced
  • ¾ lb raw shrimp, cleaned
  • ¾ lb halibut , or other firm white fish, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 ripe kiwi, peeled and thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
  • ½ cup plain yogurt , or sour cream
  • lemon slices

Instructions

  1. In large skillet over medium heat, heat butter or oil.
  2. Add garlic, shrimp and fish; sauté until shrimp starts to turn pink and fish turns opaque, about 4 or 5 minutes.
  3. Push mixture to sides of pan.
  4. Add kiwi slices to pan and warm briefly.
  5. Remove pan from heat.
  6. Combine lemon juice and parsley with yogurt (if used); pour over seafood and kiwi, gently tossing to mix.
  7. Garnish with lemon slices and serve at once.
