How To Make Salmon Baste
Flaky and flavorful, enjoy a filling plate of this grilled salmon baste made with tangy Catalina dressing, zesty lemon, and smoky Worcestershire sauce.

- ¾cupcatalina salad dressing
- ½cupbutter,melted
- ½lemon,juiced
- 1tbspworcestershire sauce
- 1tbspbrown sugar
- 1½tspgarlic powder
- 1½tsponion powder
- 1pinchdill weed,dried
- 6fillets salmon,(4 oz)

Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.

Whisk Catalina salad dressing, melted butter, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and dill together in a bowl. Brush over the salmon fillets.

Cook salmon on the preheated grill, basting regularly with the sauce for about 15 minutes until the flesh flakes easily with a fork.
