
How To Make Sweet and Sour Prawn Recipe
Juicy prawns in a tangy sauce, this dish is packed with flavors.

Ingredients
- 500g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions

Heat oil in a pan and fry the prawns until they turn pink. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, sauté the garlic and onion until translucent.

Add the bell peppers and cook for 2-3 minutes.

In a bowl, combine the vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well.

Pour the sauce over the vegetables and bring to a boil.

Add the fried prawns and mix well.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
