  • 1 lb fresh prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to make a marinade.

  2. Add cleaned prawns and toss well to coat evenly.

  3. Let marinate for 10 minutes.

  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the prawns.

  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until prawns are pink and opaque.

  6. Serve hot, garnished with cilantro.
