  • ½bell pepper,red
  • ½bell pepper,orange or yellow bell pepper
  • ½poblano pepper,or green bell pepper
  • ½hass avocado,firm-ripe
  • ¼cupcilantro,chopped
  • 1clovegarlic
  • 2tbspfresh lime juice
  • 2tbspcider vinegar
  • 1tbsptabasco sauce
  • tspkosher salt
  • 1tspground cumin
  • 1tspfreshly ground pepper
  • 1lbjumbo lump crabmeat
  • cucumber,chopped, to taste

Instructions
