  • 1 lb raw shrimp , deveined, except for tails
  • 1 ½ cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp horseradish, drained
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Tabasco Pepper Sauce

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot ½-full with water and beer.

  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat.

  3. Toss in the shrimp, cover, and turn off the heat for 4 minutes.

  4. Drain the shrimp and rinse with cold water.
