How To Make Sauteed Crab with Rice

- 1cupwhite rice,uncooked
- 2cupswater
- ½cupfrozen green peas
- 1tbspbutter
- 2tbsponion,diced
- ⅛lbcrab meat
- 2ozgreen bell pepper,diced
- ⅙cupchicken broth
- ⅙cup1% milk
- ⅛cupfat-free Parmesan cheese,grated
Instructions

In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add rice and frozen peas then stir.

Reduce heat, then cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

In a medium skillet, melt butter and add the diced onion and minced garlic. Saute until onions are transparent.
