  • 20baby zucchinis
  • 1tbspolive oil
  • oregano
  • 1clove garlic,crushed
  • salt and fresh pepper


  1. Cut zucchinis in half lengthwise.

  2. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. In a large saute pan, heat olive oil on medium-high heat.

  4. Add zucchini to pan, add oregano and sauté about 2 minutes on each side.

  5. Add garlic and cook another minute.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
