Ingredients

  • 4chicken breast,halves, skinless, boneless
  • 2tspCajun seasoning
  • 1tbspolive oil
  • 1canCampbell’s® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
  • ½cupwater
  • 1cangreen chiles
  • 1tsplime juice
  • ¼cupsour cream
  • regular long-grain white rice

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with the Creole seasoning. Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until well browned on both sides.

  2. Stir the soup, water, chiles and lime juice in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low.

  3. Cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Stir in the sour cream and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling.

  4. Serve the chicken and sauce with the rice.
