These mouth-watering Shredded Beef Sandwiches is slow-cooked to perfection by allowing the flavors to mesh together and give caramelized beef shreds. Ingredients
- 3 lb pot roast
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 onion, (large) chopped
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp salt
- ¾ cup ketchup
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- ½ tsp chili powder
- Tabasco sauce, (3 drops)
- ¼ tsp paprika
Instructions

Place the pot roast and beef broth in the crockpot.

Drizzle the Worcestershire sauce.

Cook on low for 8 hours until the meat falls apart.

Once cooked, remove the meat and leave the juice behind.

Shred the meat using two forks.

Drain the broth, leaving 1 ½ cups in the crockpot.

Return the beef to the crockpot.

In a bowl, mix the onion, garlic, salt, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, dry mustard, chili powder, tabasco sauce, and paprika. Mix well.
