  • 8ozDietz & Watson Hatch Chile Turkey
  • 3ozDietz & Watson Hatch Chile Cheese
  • 2sliceswhite bread
  • ½cupspinach,wilted
  • ¼cupred onion,julienned
  • 2shishito peppers

  • Panini press

Instructions

To Assemble:

  1. Layer your ingredients as follows: bread, spinach, Dietz & Watson Hatch Chile Cheese, Dietz & Watson Hatch Turkey, red onion, and bread.

  2. Place the panini on a panini press for 5 minutes.

  3. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate. Grill the shishito peppers for 1 to 2 minutes per side, until blistered.

  4. Plate the panini with the peppers. Serve and enjoy!
