How To Make Ham and Pickle Sandwich
A flavorful sandwich with layers of ham and crunchy pickles, perfect for a quick lunch or snack.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 8 slices of bread
- 8 oz sliced ham
- 8 pickle spears
- 4 slices of cheese
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions

Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread and Dijon mustard on the other side.

Assemble the sandwiches by placing one slice of cheese, 2 oz of ham, and 2 pickle spears on each sandwich.

Top with the other slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt butter.

Cook sandwiches for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
