How To Make Grilled Salmon Sandwich with Green Apple Slaw

Ingredients
- ⅓cupHeinz 57 Sauce,lightly flavored
- 2tbspbutter,melted
- 1tspHeinz Worcestershire Sauce
- 1garlic clove,minced
- 4salmon fillets,skinless boneless
- 1granny smith apple,thinly sliced
- ½cupred onion,very thin sliced
- 2tsplemon juice
- 2tspextra virgin olive oil
- 2tspfresh dill,chopped
- ¼tspsalt
- ¼tsppepper
- 4kaiser rolls
- lettuce leaves
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Line the grate with perforated non-stick foil.

Combine the 57 sauce with butter, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic. Brush half of the mixture over the salmon.

Grill the salmon, basting with the remaining sauce, for about 4 to 5 minutes per side.

Toss the apples, onion, and dill with lemon juice, oil, salt, and pepper.

Slice rolls in half and toast lightly on the grill.
