Traditional ham and cheese gets a fresh and tropical twist with the addition of basil & pineapple slices. Everything then gets grilled to crisp perfection.

  • 2sliceswiss cheese
  • 2ozham,thinly sliced
  • 2pineapple,thin rounds
  • 3fresh basil leaves
  • 1tbspbutter


  1. Layer 1 slice sandwich bread with 1 slice Swiss cheese, ham, pineapple, fresh basil, and another slice of cheese; top with bread. In a skillet over medium-low, melt butter. Add sandwich.

  2. Cover; cook until golden. Flip; cook, covered, until cheese is melted.
