  • hazelnuts, crushed
  • lettuce leaves
  • apple slices

Instructions

  1. Split open the baguettes without completely separating them.
  2. Cut in half diagonally across the middle and butter the inside surfaces.
  3. Arrange the sliced sausage in the baguette; garnish with hazelnuts, lettuce leaves and apple slices.
