Ingredients
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Colby-Jack cheese, shredded
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- 6 tbsp butter, softened
- 12 slices white bread

In a medium mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat together the Greek yogurt and cream cheese until fluffy.

Stir in the cheddar, mozzarella, Colby-Jack, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Spread a dab of butter across one side of each bread slice.
