How To Make Crab Cake Sandwich
The soft and fluffy buns give this crab cake sandwich a nice buttery taste that enhances the briny flavor of the crab and the creamy mayo-mustard spread.

Ingredients
- 8ozlump crabmeat
- 6ozcrabmeat,canned, drained well
- 1tbspdry bread crumbs
- 2tspfresh parsley,chopped
- ½tspkosher salt
- ¼tspcoarse ground black pepper
- 1large egg
- 7tbspmayonnaise,divided
- ½tspground dry mustard
- 2tbspunsalted butter
- 4brioche buns
- 1medium tomato,sliced
- 4leaves butter lettuce
Instructions

Preheat oven broiler.

Mix together crabmeat, bread crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper.

Beat together egg, 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, hot sauce, and mustard.

Combine with other ingredients and mix well. Form into patties and place on a lightly greased broiler pan or baking sheet.

Broil for 10 to 15 minutes, until lightly brown.

Add ½ tablespoon of butter to each brioche bun and toast, then top with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, crabcake, lettuce, and tomato before serving.
