How To Make California Avocado Chicken Club Sandwich
Have a bite of this delicious chicken club sandwich that contains juicy grilled chicken, fresh avocado, tomato, and homemade mayonnaise!
Serves:
Ingredients
- 8bacon slices,cooked, crisp
- 1large avocado,ripe
- 1garlic clove,minced
- 2tsplemon juice
- 2small tomatoes,or medium
- 4cheddar cheese slices
- 8bread slices,or 4 rolls, lightly toasted
- ⅓cupmayonnaise
- 1tbspdijon mustard
- 1tbspfresh dill
For Chicken:
- 4chicken breast halves,boneless, skinless
- 2tbspolive oil
- ¼tsponion powder
- ¼tspgarlic powder
- salt and pepper,to taste
Instructions

Combine the mayonnaise, dijon, and dill. Set aside.

Rub the chicken with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Grill the chicken over medium-high heat for about 7 to 9 minutes, or until cooked through. An instant-read thermometer should read 165 degrees F).

Lay out ½ of the toasted bread or rolls.

Mash the avocado, garlic, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Add salt to taste.

Divide the avocado over the bread.

Top with the tomato, chicken, bacon, cheese, and mayonnaise.
