How To Make Bacon Grilled Cheese
An easy recipe with a rewarding bacon grilled cheese sandwich at the end of it! A combination of two cheeses melts together to enclose some juicy bacon.

Ingredients
- 4slicessourdough bread
- 2tbspmayonnaise
- 6slicesbacon
- 2ozCheddar cheese
- 2ozpepper jack cheese
Instructions

Cook bacon in a pan until crisp. Remove from pan and drain, reserving 1 tablespoon drippings in the pan.

Spread mayonnaise over the outside of each slice of bread.

Divide the cheese and bacon over 2 slices of bread and top with remaining bread.

Preheat a small skillet over low heat.

Grill sandwich until golden, about 4 to 5 minutes. Flip and grill the other side until golden.
