  • 1red onion
  • 1tbspdrained capers
  • ¾lbwatercress,(2 bunches)

  • ¾tspsalt
  • 1tspfresh-ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Put the tuna with its oil, the beans, onion, capers, watercress, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
