- 2lemon,juiced
- 5clovesgarlic,crushed
- salt and pepper,to taste
- 2headsromaine lettuce,rinsed and dried
- ¼lbbacon,cooked and crumbled
- 2cupscherry tomatoes
- 1cupSwiss cheese,shredded
- ½cupParmesan cheese,grated
- ⅔cupalmonds,blanched slivered
- 1cupgarlic croutons,flavored

Whisk together the lemon juice, garlic. salt, and pepper.

In a large bowl, combine the Romaine, bacon, tomatoes, Swiss cheese, Parmesan cheese, almonds, and croutons.
