- 2½cupscabbage,shredded
- 1cupred cabbage,shredded
- 1head fresh broccoli,cut into florets
- 1bell pepper,green, sliced
- 1bell pepper,red, sliced
- 1lbimitation crabmeat,coarsely chopped
- ¾cuplight mayonnaise
- ¼cuplemon juice
- 2tbspwhite sugar
- 3tbspwhite wine vinegar
- 1clove crushed garlic
- 1½tspWorcestershire sauce
- ½tspsalt
- ½tspground black pepper
- ½tsphot pepper sauce
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar, white wine vinegar, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, and chile sauce.

In a large bowl, combine cabbage, broccoli, bell peppers, and crab. Toss mixture with dressing. Cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
