For Beef:

- 1pkgtaco seasoningor homemade
- 1cupblack beansdrained and rinsed
For Salad:
- 6cupsromaine lettuce
- 1cuptomatoeschopped
- 1cupcheddar cheeseshredded
- 1pcavocadodiced
- 1cuptortilla chips
- ½cupsalsa
- ½cupsour cream
- 2ozolives
- 2ozbell peppers
- 2ozjalapenos
- 2ozonion
Instructions

Brown beef over medium heat until no pink remains and drain the fat.

Add taco seasoning and ½ cup water. Simmer 5 minutes or until thickened. Stir in beans.

Place lettuce in a large bowl. Top with meat, tomatoes, cheese, avocado, and toppings.
