  • ½ cup white wine
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp McCormick® Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp McCormick® Ground Black Pepper


  1. Place melon cubes in serving bowl.
  2. Combine wine, orange juice, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Pour over melon and toss gently.
  4. Chill 1 to 4 hours before serving.
