Ingredients
- 3cupsmedium pasta,uncooked
- ¼cupwhite onion,minced
- 1cupsauerkraut,drained
- ½cupdill pickles,chopped
- 1cupcorned beef,sliced or cubed
- 1cupswiss cheese,cubed
For Dressing:
- â…”cupmayonnaise
- â…“cupsour cream
- â…“cupthousand island dressing,or russian dressing
- 1½tbspdijon mustard
- 3tbspsauerkraut brine
- 1½tspcaraway seeds
- salt and pepper,to taste
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package directions.

Drain the pasta, then run them under cold water.
Dressing:

Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, thousand island dressing, mustard, brine, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

Toss the pasta, onion, sauerkraut, dill pickles, corned beef, and swiss cheese with the dressing.

Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Drizzle with extra thousand island dressing, if desired.
