How To Make Pittsburgh Chicken Salad
This hearty Pittsburgh chicken salad recipe is a complete dish. Savory chicken on a bed of fresh greens, with crispy fries, and topped with creamy ranch.

Ingredients
- 3 cups lettuce, roughly chopped
- ¼ cup grape tomatoes, cut in half
- 2.5 oz chicken breast, grilled, sliced into strips
- 12 pcs french fries
- ¼ cup cheese, shredded mozzarella, cheddar, or mixed
- ¼ cup croutons
- 4 tbsp ranch dressing
Instructions
- Heat up oil in a pot over medium high setting. Add the fries to the pot and cook for 4 to 7 minutes or until lightly brown.
- In a shallow bowl or large plate add the lettuce and sprinkle the tomatoes. Place chicken strips in the middle.
- Once cooked let the fries cool for 10 minutes on a wire wrack or paper towel lined plate. Then spread out over the salad.
- Sprinkle cheese and croutons on top. Drizzle with ranch dressing and serve.
