
How To Make Pistachio Strawberry Salad
Try serving up a new and unique fruit side like our tasty strawberry salad! It’s got a nice crunch from the pistachios and is paired with a sweet dressing.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1lbstrawberries
- 6cupslettuce leaveswashed
- ¾cupquinoacooked
- ¼cupdried cranberries
- 3green onions
- â…“cuppistachiosroasted
- â…“cupfeta cheesecrumbled
For Dressing:
- ¼cupcider vinegar
- 3tbspmaple syrup
- 2tbspdijon mustard
- ½tspfresh basilchopped
- ¼tspgarlic powder
- ½tspsalt
- ½tsppepper
- ½cupvegetable oil
Instructions
Dressing:

Combine the cider vinegar, maple syrup, mustard, basil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and oil in a jar with a tight fitting lid.

Shake well and refrigerate.
Assemble Salad:

Add the strawberries, lettuce, quinoa, cranberries, green onions, pistachios, and feta cheese to a large bowl.
