How To Make Pear and Beet Salad
This beet salad has the fresh crispness of pears, nutritious spinach, and walnuts tossed together with honey vinaigrette for a light and healthy meal!

Ingredients
- 2cupsbeets,roasted
- 4cupsspinach and arugula mix
- 2pears,sliced
- ¼cupfeta cheese
- ¼cupwalnuts,chopped
For Honey Vinaigrette Dressing:
- ¼cupolive oil
- 2tbspapple cider vinegar
- 1tbsphoney
- salt and pepper
Instructions

In a large bowl add the roasted beets, spinach, pears, feta cheese and walnuts.
Honey Vinaigrette Dressing:

In a small bowl whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey and salt and pepper.

Drizzle desired amount of dressing on salad and toss together until coated.
