How To Make Oriental Cabbage Salad Recipe

This cabbage salad gets its nice crunch from crushed ramen noodles. The whole dish is seasoned with green onion, vinegar, sugar, pepper, and salt.

  • 3ozoriental noodles chicken flavored
  • 4cupscabbage,shredded
  • ¼cupGreen Onions,sliced
  • 3tbspvinegar
  • 2tbspsugar
  • 2tbspVegetable Oil
  • ½tspground pepper
  • ¼tspsalt


  1. Crush noodles slightly in packaging.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine noodles, cabbage, and green onions.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together seasoning packet, vinegar, sugar, oil, pepper, and salt.

  4. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss.

  5. Cover and chill.
