No-Cook Salad Meal Recipe

Serve with some warm garlic bread for a nice, filling, light summer meal, with no cooking! I take a three bean salad which I buy in large jars and keep on hand, and layer a plate. You can add just about anything you want to your salad.


This no-cook salad meal is the perfect appetizer during dinner celebrations and special occasions.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • three bean salad mix, prepared
  • lettuce
  • cheese, shredded
  • black olives, chopped
  • tomatoes
  • fresh spinach
  • celery, chopped
  • croutons

Optional:

  • mushrooms
  • salami, chopped
  • pineapple
  • can water based tuna, drained for every two salad plates

Instructions

  1. Layer plate with 2-3 large tablespoons of three bean salad.
  2. Add chopped lettuce, chopped black olives, some sliced mushrooms, shredded cheese, chopped celery, cherry or grape tomatoes or chopped tomatoes.
  3. Some whole fresh baby spinach leaves, and any other ingredients you have on hand.
