- 1cupolive oil
- 1cupred wine vinegar
- 2tbsphoney
- 2tspdried oregano leaves
- 1tbspdijon mustard
- ¼tspground red pepper
- 2garlic clove
- 1pkgMorningstar FarmsĀ® Meal Starters⢠Chik’n Strips
- 4ozfirm tofu
- 1½cupstomato,(about 2 medium tomatoes), chopped
- 1cupcucumber,seeded and sliced
- 1cupgarbanzo beans,canned
- ½cupblack olives,pitted
- ½cupred onion,chopped
- 1cupfresh parsley,chopped
- 4cupstorn mixed greens
Instructions

In small bowl whisk together oil, vinegar, honey, oregano, mustard, red pepper, and garlic. Set aside.

In large bowl toss together tofu, tomato, cucumber, beans, olives, onions, and parsley.
To Assemble:

Arrange the greens on 4 serving plates. Top with tofu mixture. Sprinkle with Chik’n Strips.
