  • 6ozuncooked elbows,wheat or gluten-free
  • 2medium tomatoes,diced
  • ¼red onion,finely chopped
  • ¼cupHellmann’s light mayonnaise
  • 1tbspwhite vinegar
  • dashgarlic powder
  • 1tsporegano
  • 2.5ozblack olives,sliced
  • salt and pepper


  1. Cook pasta in salted water according to package directions.

  2. Drain and rinse under cold water.

  3. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, tomatoes, olives, onion, garlic powder, oregano salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  4. Add elbows and mix well.
