Everyone will love this Hawaiian-style macaroni salad tossed with more mayonnaise, shredded carrots and onions, perfect alongside grilled foods!

Ingredients
- 1lbmacaroni,cooked
- 3tbspapple cider vinegar
- 2cupsmayonnaise
- 1carrot,finely grated
- ½yellow onion,finely grated, water squeezed out
- ½red bell pepper,finely diced
- ½green bell pepper,finely diced
- 1tbspsugar
- ½tspkosher salt
- ¼tspblack pepper
Instructions

Add the apple cider vinegar to the pasta while still hot, and toss.

Let cool to room temperature.

Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

Let chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours, preferably overnight, or as long as possible.
