- 4cupsleafy greens,like chard, kale, arugula, spinach, or any greens of choice
- 3oranges,small, peeled and sliced into rounds
- 1avocado,peeled, pitted and diced
- 1carrot,large, peeled and julienned
- 1beet,small, peeled and julienned
- ½cupfeta cheese,or goat, crumbled
- ¼cuppepitas,toasted
- â…“cupwhite balsamic vinaigrette,or any vinaigrette
Instructions
