Ingredients

  • 10ozcabbageabout 4 cups, shredded
  • 1cupcarrotsshredded
  • ½cupgreen onionsthinly-sliced
  • non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1tbsplemon juice
  • 2tbspapple cider vinegar
  • 2tbsphoneywarmed
  • 1tspdijon mustardoptional
  • ¼tspcelery salt
  • salt and freshly-cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine the cabbage, carrot and green onions in a large bowl, then toss to combine.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, vinegar, honey, mustard celery salt, and a pinch of salt and pepper until combined.

  3. Pour the Greek yogurt mixture into the cabbage mixture, then toss until evenly incorporated.

  4. Serve, and enjoy!
